2010

Autism Experience Tent is the final result of a team-design project in 2010. An autism experience tent is meant to let the parents of the children with autism, experience the world as the children do, by watching a movie with special effect in a isolated tent. Our concept improved the construction of the existing product which needed two hours to be build
I designed the corner connection system, did the search about the screen and build parts of the prototype. The system consists of four 3-rods mechanisms which form a cubes. They can be connected to each other with four corner parts. Each rod is adjustable. The total build-time is about ten minutes instead of two hours; The prototype has 12 parts instead of 47.
